Hello, we are Sam and Lynda. We work together as Ofsted registered childminders in West Hallam. We recognise that choosing childcare isn't an easy decision to make, and understand that the transition can be a distressing time for the parents aswell as the child. We would like to assure parents that all children in our care have our complete dedication and that their much loved child will be kept safe and well provided for whist in our care.Our business runs in Lynda’s home, a five bedroomed detached house in West Hallam. The area has several amenities nearby including parks, shops, mother and toddler groups, a nursery, two pre-schools and Scargill primary school.We provide quality care for children aged 0 - 12 years providing a warm, welcome and safe environment. A large rear extension with access to a bathroom and a safe, enclosed outdoor play area provides adequate space to care for up to 12 children at a time.We are happy to drop off and collect children from Scargill Primary school and the Village preschool.We are open Monday to Friday 7am - 5.00pm/5.30pm and operate all year round unless stated otherwise. All are welcome from birth to 5 years, older siblings are also welcome. There's no need to book, just turn up. The group runs from 9:15am - 10.45am every Friday morning during term time. A hot drink and treat is available for adults along with a snack and drink for the little ones. During the session there are a variety of activities available and song time too! The costs are £2.00 per child over 6 months, and an extra 50p per child if there is more than one. Babies under 6 months are charged 50p.
